01 — Who we are
Signa Labs Ltd (“Signa”, a fictional company), 7 Lantern Works, London EC0 0AA, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact privacy@signa.dev with any question.
02 — What we collect
Information you submit through our forms (name, email, company, agent details), and basic analytics such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address. Product trace data is covered by your customer agreement, not this policy.
03 — Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, send the newsletter you subscribed to, evaluate job applications and improve the website. Our legal bases are consent, contract and legitimate interest.
04 — Sharing
We use carefully selected processors for hosting, email and analytics. We never sell personal data or use it to train models. Transfers outside the UK and EEA rely on standard contractual clauses.
05 — Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, applications for 6 months unless you agree otherwise, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
06 — Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to the ICO, the UK data protection authority.
